The Lower Hutt - Two Public Places series was commissioned by the Dowse Art Museum for my survey show Tilting at Nature in 1990. The series looked at the manicured public areas of Lower Hutt and areas of vacant land where wild plants grew and rubbish collected. Below is a selection of images from the series.
